الملخص
تعد صحة وسلامة المورد البشري من الوظائف الأساسية لإدارة الموارد البشرية التي يجب على المنظمة الاهتمام بها لكونها تحمي وتشجع مقومات الانتاج للمورد البشري من خلال إزالة عوامل وظروف المخاطر المهنية المهددة للصحة والسلامة في العمل والتشجيع على تهيئة بيئات عمل مساندة ومنظمات عمل صحية وآمنة، وتهدف دراستنا هذه إلى تسليط الضوء على الاجراءات التي يجب على المنظمة اتخاذها للحفاظ صحة وسلامة مواردها البشرية أثناء أداء المهام والأعمال، ودوافع استجابة المنظمات لذلك. The health and safety of the human resource is one of the basic functions of human resources management that the organization must pay attention to because it protects and encourages the production components of the human resource by removing the factors and conditions of occupational risks that threaten health and safety at work and encouraging the creation of supportive work environments and healthy and safe work organizations, and our study aims to To shed light on the measures that the organization must take to maintain the health and safety of its human resources during the performance of tasks and work, and the motives for the organizations' response to that.
