الملخص
الملخص: جاء هذا المقال للكشف عن مسألة مقصد التيسير في الشريعة الإسلامية، الذي يحتاجه المكلف في كثير من القضايا، فرغم تشعب فروعه سنحاول إن شاء الله تعالى ضبط فصوله، أو على الأقل وضع تصور شامل في التعريف به؛ وقد سلكت في بنائه منهج استقراء النصوص من مظانها، وتصنيفها حسب الفصول والمباحث التابعة لها، ثم تحليلها والتعليق عليها، منتهجا أسلوب البسط في التحليل، ودقة الاستنتاج أثناء التنزيل، مراعيا في ذلك الوسط؛ فتوصلت إلى نتائج مهمة من أهمها: أن التيسير من كليات الشريعة التي يدخل في معناها الرخصة ورفع الحرج؛ وأن من أهم قواعده " المشقة تجلب التيسير"؛ له من المزايا والفوائد ما يحببه للنفوس، ويجعل المكلف في إخلاص دائم لربه، في جميع عباداته ومعاملاته؛ وأن بسبب هذا القصد الجليل وقع بين الشريعة وبين الخلق التوافق. Abstract: This article came to reveal the issue of the purpose of facilitation in Islamic law, which the taxpayer needs in many cases, despite its branches; we will try, God Almighty willing, to control its chapters, or at least to develop a comprehensive concept in defining it. In its construction, it followed the method of extrapolating the texts from their points of view, classifying them according to the chapters and sections related to them, then analyzing and commenting on them, adopting the simpler method of analysis and the accuracy of the conclusion during the revelation, taking into account in that medium. So I reached important results, the most important of which are: Facilitation is one of the Sharia colleges, whose meaning includes permission and removing embarrassment. And that one of its most important rules is "Hardship Brings Facilitation"; He has advantages and benefits that he loves for souls, and makes the responsible person in permanent loyalty to his Lord, in all his acts of worship and dealings. And because of this noble intention, there was harmony between the law and creation.
