Résumé
Relations between Algeria and United States of America were characterized by prudence and caution. Algeria has been at the forefront of the deniers countries of American policy, And he found himself in the first lines of the non-aligned countries. Algeria's anti-Zionist and anti-imperialist discourse included Algeria on the list of countries hostile to the US Department. The most important of reconciliation moments in the history of relations between the two countries, were a fruit of the effort of Messaoud who won the trust of Boumediène and of those in charge of the White House. Messaoud Zeggar was the architect and moderator of this relationship.
