الآليات الوطنية للرعاية الصحية في الوسط المدرسي تكريسا للحق في الصحة "وحدة الكشف والمتابعة أنموذجا"

الملخص
الملخص: لقد تعززت الصحة المدرسية بآليات وطنية تعرف بوحدات الكشف والمتابعة، تسهم في ترقية الصحة البدنية والنفسية للأطفال والمراهقين، تنفيذا لاتفاقيات حقوق الطفل، بهدف الاطلاع على التدابير الصحية المتخذة، ومجالات تطبيقها، فضلا عن اهتمامات هذه الوحدات مستعينين بآخر الأرقام المسجلة، للتحقق من صحة فرضية مفادها تحقيق هذه الآليات للغرض الذي أنشئت من أجله، متبعين المنهج التحليلي، ولعل أهم النتائج المستخلصة كانت عدم تغطية هذه الوحدات لكافة المؤسسات التربوية، وعدم تمكنها من متابعة جميع الحالات المكتشفة، التي تتطلب تكفل من نوع خاص، مما يثقل كاهل الأولياء بأعباء إضافية لمتابعة أبنائهم، ويقوض حق جميع الأطفال في التمتع بأعلى درجات الرعاية الصحية الممكنة على قدم المساواة مثلما تقتضيه الشرعة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان. Abstract: School health has been strengthened by a national mechanisms known as detection and follow-up units, contributes to the promotion of the physical and psychological health of children and adolescents, in implementation of the child rights agreements, with a view to reviewing the health measures taken, the fields of their application, as well as the interests of these units, using the latest recorded numbers, to verify the validity of the hypothesis that these mechanisms achieve the purpose for which they were established, following the analytical approach, and perhaps the most important results were the failure of these units to cover all educational institutions, and their inability to follow all discovered cases, which require special attention, overburden the parents to follow their children, and undermine the right of all children to enjoy the highest levels of health care possible on an equal basis as required by the International Bill of Human Rights.
