دور سياسة التشفير الإلكتروني في حماية نظم معلومات الإدارة الإلكترونية بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر فرع المدية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية وقوة سياسة التشفير الإلكتروني في ظل تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة الإلكترونية بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر فرع المدية، وتحليل طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبيان موزع على عينة منتظمة متكونة من 30 فردا، فأظهرت أهم النتائج إلى وجود علاقة وأثر لسياسة التشفير الإلكتروني بمختلف أنواعه على فعالية وجودة حماية نظم معلومات الإدارة الإلكترونية، مما يعكس قدرة المؤسسة على التحكم في مختلف المخاطر التي تواجه نظم المعلومات في المؤسسة،كما أظهرت المؤشرات الإحصائية أن المؤسسة لها قدرات وكفاءات مادية وبشرية تتحكم في آلية التشفير الإلكتروني، حيث اقترحت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إقامة أطر سياسية وتنظيمية وقانونية متكاملة لمواجهة الأمور المتعلقة بمخاطر الأمن كالقرصنة ومختلف الجرائم الإلكترونية من أجل ضمان حماية نظم المعلومات و توسيعها في ظل البيئة الإلكترونية. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the effectiveness and strength of the electronic encryption policy in light of the application of the electronic management method at the Algeria Post Corporation Medea branch, and an analysis of important results of the study showed The existence of a relationship and impact of the electronic coding policy of its various types on the effectiveness and quality the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study, where a questionnaire was designed distributed on a regular sample consisting of 30 individuals, so the most of electronic management information systems protection, which reflects the institution's ability to control the various risks facing information systems in the organization, and statistical indicators also showed that the institution has capabilities and competencies Congenital and human controls the electronic encryption mechanism, The study suggested the necessity of establishing integrated political, regulatory and legal frameworks to confront matters related to security risks such as piracy and various electronic crimes in order to ensure the protection of information systems and their expansion in the light of the Electronic Environment.
