الملخص
الخصوص، والتأكيد على ضرورة فهم التنمية على أنها عملية تتمحور أساسا حول رُقي الإنسان ونماءه، فهي تشمل مجمل أوجه تشكل التنمية أحد أهم المداخل المعيارية لحقوق الإنسان وللحاجات الإنسانية ومنطق العدالة الاجتماعية؛ فكثيرا ما كانت تُعنى بالتقدم الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي للدول، غير أن اقتران التنمية بمقاربات متعددة الأبعاد، الاجتماعية منها والسياسية والاقتصادية والإنسانية أفضى في النهاية، إلى مفهوم مغاير للتنمية، وتم تجاوز تلك المفاهيم ووجهات النظر التقليدية بهذا التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي التي يتطلع إليها الأفراد والجماعات من أجل الانتفاع بحقوقهم وتحسين نوعية حياتهم.
