Effects Of Northern Nigeria Governors Decisions In Curtailing The Spread Of Covid-19 On The Life Of Citizens: Islamic Perspectives

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الموسوم : أثر قرارات حكام شمال نيجيريا لمنع العدوى بكوفيد-19 على حياة الأمة، إلى ذكر بعض القرارات التي اتخذها حكام شمال نيجيريا لمنع انتشار كوفيد-19، وبيان نجاعتها في الجهود الرامية لمكافحة كوفيد-19، وآثارها في الحياة الدينية والاجتماعية. ومن ثم إصدر اقتراحات لتخفيف بعض المشاكل التي كانت عليها الأمة في فترة كورونا في المنظور الإسلامي. فهذا وقد أورد الباحث معلومات موجزة عن شمال نيجيريا، وشيئا عن مفهوم كوفيد 19، ودخولها إلى نيجيريا، كما ذكر أيضاً بعض القرارات التي اتخذها الحكام في سعيهم لمنع انتشار الفيروس داخل البلاد. وأخيراً قرر الباحث على أن العودة إلى الشريعة الإسلامية للأخذ بالوسائل المساعدة لتحقيق المصالح ودرء المفاسد هي السلامة عما تعاني به الأمة في فترة كورونا، كما أثبت أن حظر التجول أمر في غاية الأهمية، وأن الاهتمام بتحقيق الأمور الضرورية لإقامة حياة الفرد كالإطعام، له الصدارة والأولية على غيره من الشؤون والقرارات. وعليه فإنه يجب على الحكام والأغنياء أن يساعدوا من لم يكن قادرا على إنفاق نفسه وأهله، ممن فُرض عليهم حظر التجول، ذلك لأن القيام ببعض الأعمال في بناء المجتمع وصيانتها؛ حق من حقوق الأفراد ، ويلزم كل واحد منهم القيام بما يليق بإنسانيته في تحقيق ذلك. الكلمات الإفتتاحية: شمال نيجيريا، كوفيد 19، قرارات الحكام، حياة الأمة، مقاصد الشريعة. Abstract: This research titled : Effects of Northern Nigeria Governors Decisions in Curtailing the Spread of Covid 19 on the Life of Citizens , aims to display the decisions of northern Nigeria governors, in limiting the spread of Covid-19. The researcher gives a brief historical background of northern Nigeria, the concept of Covid 19, and its emergence in Nigeria as well. The researcher also mentioned some of the decisions taken by the Northern Nigeria Governors, in their efforts to prevent the spread of the virus inside their states. As he also issues some suggestions to the government; that would help in reducing the tension in which the masses found themselves. Finally, the researcher decides that, all the decisions taken by the Northern governors are of paramount important, but the lock down is desirable to be taken in areas where this virus has spread, as they also underscore that, the interest in achieving the necessary steps to establish the life of peoples has the priority over other affairs and decisions. Therefore, it is the duty of the government and rich men to assist those who were not able to feed themselves, and take care of their families during the lockdown period, This is because carrying out responsibilities in maintaining society is one of the rights of individuals and each of them is required to do so.
