مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية لدى أساتذة العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين في ظل متغير سنوات الأقدمية

الملخص

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية لدى أساتذة العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين ولاية سطيف، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير متغير سنوات الأقدمية على مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية لديهم، حيث تمت الدراسة بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة سطيف 02، واعتمدت استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتناسب مع هذا النوع من الدراسات، حيث تم توزيع استبيان مكون من (14) عبارة مقسمة بين محورين (الثقة بالنفس، وتحمل المسؤولية) تم بناءه من أجل جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة، وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة من خلال التحقق من الصدق الظاهري وكذا حساب الصدق البنائي عن طريق حساب معاملات الارتباط بين درجة كل بعد من أبعاد المقياس والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وذلك باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون، كما تم التحقق من ثبات الأداة باستخدام ألفا كرونباخ للاتساق الداخلي ليتم بعدها توزيعه على عينة البحث التي تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية والتي كان عددها الاجمالي (50) أستاذا جامعيا تم انتقاءهم من المجتمع الكلي المتكون من (210) أستاذا في تخصصات فرع العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة سطيف 02، وتم الاعتماد على برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية (SPSS) من أجل إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات التي تم جمعها من أداة الدراسة، باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية من أجل تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها كالتكرارات والنسب والمئوية، بالاضافة إلى معامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار الإشارة z وكذا اختبار كروسكال واليس، لتتوصل الدراسة في النهاية إلى النتائج التالية: -مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية لدى أساتذة فرع العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين بولاية سطيف كان مرتفعا.. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية لدى أساتذة العلوم الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الأقدمية الكلمات المفتاحية: الفاعلية الذاتية، سنوات الأقدمية، الأستاذ الجامعي، تحمل المسؤولية، الثقة بالنفس، القدرات والمهارات والخبرات. Résumé : Cette étude visait à déterminer le niveau efficacité personnelle chez les professeurs de sciences sociales de l’Université Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine, dans la wilaya de Sétif, et également de déterminer l’effet des années d’ancienneté sur le niveau Efficacité personnelle, l’étude a été réalisée à la Faculté des sciences humaines et sociales de l’Université de Setif 02, et a utilisé la méthode descriptive qui convenait à ce type d'étude, le questionnaire composé de (14) paragraphes divisés en deux axes (confiance en soi et responsabilité) a été construit pour collecter des données à partir de l'échantillon, aussi ont été vérifiées les caractéristiques psychométriques du questionnaire a travers du vérifie l’honnête d’outil et également la stabilité d'outil à l'aide d'alpha-Cronbach à des fins de cohérence interne, puis le distribue à l'échantillon de recherche choisi intentionnellement. Un total de (50) professeurs d'université a été sélectionné sur une communauté de (210) professeurs des spécialisations de la branche des sciences sociales de l'Université Sétif 02, et s'est fondé sur le programme de paquets statistiques d'études sociales (SPSS) pour le traitement statistique des données, pour choisir un ensemble de méthodes statistiques pour l'analyse des données obtenues par des rapports l’itérations et pourcentages, corrélation de Pearson ,test du z et aussi Kruskal Wallis, pour accéder à l'étude en fin de compte les résultats suivants : - Le degré d'efficacité personnelle des professeurs de la branche des sciences sociales de l'Université Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine dans la wilayat de Sétif est haute. - Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives au niveau de signification (0,05) dans le degré d'efficacité personnelle chez les enseignants de sciences sociales en raison de la variable des années d'ancienneté. Summary: The current study aimed to identify the level of self-efficacy of professors of social sciences at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghin, the state of Setif, and also aimed at identifying the extent of the effect of the years of seniority on the level of their self-efficacy. Descriptive analytical that is appropriate for this type of studies, where a questionnaire consisting of (14) terms divided in two axes (self-confidence and responsibility) was distributed for the purpose of collecting data from members of the sample, also were checked the psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire through the honest tool check and also the tool stability using alpha -Cronbach for internal consistency purposes, as well as the calculation of constructive honesty by calculating correlation coefficients between the degree of each dimension of the scale and the overall degree of the scale using the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the stability of the tool was verified by using Alpha Cronbach for internal consistency, and then distributed to the research sample that was chosen in a way Intentionally, whose total number was (50) university professors, who were drawn from the total community consisting of (210) professors in the specializations of the Social Sciences Branch at the University of Setif 02, and the program of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) was adopted to conduct statistical processing of data Collected from the study tool, using a set of statistical methods for analysis of the data obtained by duplicates and percentages, in addition to the Pearson correlation coefficient and test signal z as well as the Kruskal-Wallis test, to reach the study at the end the following results: -The level of self-efficacy of professors of the social sciences branch at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine in the state of Setif was high. - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the level of self-efficacy among teachers of social sciences due to the variable of seniority years.
