استراتيجية الانتقاء الرياضي في كرة اليد في ضوء المحددات العلمية الحديثة

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على استراتيجية الانتقاء الرياضي في كرة اليد في ضوء الأساليب العلمية الحديثة من وجهة نظر المدراء التقنيين المنتسبين للرابطة الجهوية لكرة اليد ورقلة ، استخدم الباحث الاستبيان الذي شمل 17 فقرة موزعة على جانبين: أولا - نظم انتقاء الموهبين في كرة اليد . ثانيا – الأسس العلمية لانتقاء الموهبين في رياضة كرة اليد وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في المدراء التقنيين للرابطات الولائية التابعة للرابطة الجهوية لورقلة والمدراء التقنيين للرابطة الجهوية لورقلة وبلغت عينة الدراسة 17 مديرا تقنيا ، وقدم استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ، وأظهرت النتائج إلى ان افراد عينة البحث يفضلون أن يتم انتقاء اللاعبين من خلال تخصيص يوم للانتقاء لكل مرحلة كما أكدوا على عدم وجود استراتيجية محددة حاليا موجه للانتقاء المبكر للموهوبين من خلال برامج الرابطات الولائية والجهوية ، إضافة الى ضعف وقلة توفير الإمكانيات اللازمة يحول دون إجراء انتقاء مبني على أسس علمية، وأوصت الدراسة على أهمية الاعتماد على الاختبارات والقياسات الحديثة والتي تتناسب وطبيعة النشاط الممارس، ومراعات المحددات العلمية للانتقاء قصد الكشف المبكر على استعدادات وقدرات اللاعبين. و اكتشاف المواهب مبكرا والعمل على استثمارها في اثراء هـــده الرياضــة . The present study aimed to identify the strategy of selection of regional teams in handball in the light of modern scientific methods from the point of view to technical managers affiliated to the regional association of handball Ouargla . The researcher used the questionnaire, which included 17 paragraphs distributed on two sides: first – the talented selection systems in handball. Second – the scientific basis for selecting the talented in handball. The study population was represented by the technical directors of the regional associations of Ouargla and the technical directors of the regional association of Ouargla . The study sample reached 17 technical managers, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in this study. The results showed that the members of the research sample prefer to select the players by allocating a specific day for selection for each stage. They also emphasized that there is no specific strategy currently directed to the early selection of the talented through state and regional associations programs, in addition to the weakness and lack of the necessary means that prevent a selection based on scientific basis . The study recommended the importance of relying on modern tests and measurements that are appropriate to the nature of the activity practiced ,taking into consideration the criteria of selection for early detection of the readiness and capabilities of players and the early discovery of football talents and work to invest them in enriching this sport.
