المعوقات الأكاديمية التي تواجه انجاز البحوث العلمية لتشخيص وعلاج حالات الفساد في المؤسسات الحكومية وغير الحكومية في المجتمع) دراسة ميدانية ( Academic Obstacles To Carrying Out Scientific Research To Diagnose And Treat Corruption Cases In Governmental And Non-governmental Institutions In Society (field Study)

الملخص

يهدف إلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي تواجه البحوث العلمية المهتمة في مكافحة الفساد، ويهدف أيضا إلى إيجاد الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية لكل معوق من تلك المعوقات من خلال استخراج الوسط المرجح والوسط الحسابي والنسبة المئوية لكل معوق من المعوقات، ويهدف كذلك إلى تحديد المعوقات الأكثر أثرا على البحث العلمي في مجال مكافحة الفساد والتي حدد توفق مؤشراتها وتفسيرها في ضوء تلك المؤشرات، تم بناء أداة مكونة من أربع مجالات وتكونت الإستبانة من (28) فقرة وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (100) فرد، وأظهرت النتائج مستوى المعوقات التي تم قياسها ذات تأثير واضح على مستوى انجاز البحوث العلمية التي تختص في مجال مكافحة الفساد وتعزيز مفاهيم النزاهة والشفافية،كما أظهرت وجود عدد من معوقات بلغ (8) معوقات ذات تأثير كبير على البحث العلمي المهتم في دراسة ظاهرة الفساد إذا بلغت أوساطها المرجحة أقل من (2) بين (1.95) إلى (1.51) ، وقد وضع الباحث أن عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. It aims to reveal the level of obstacles facing scientific research interested in combating corruption, and also aims to find the statistically significant differences for each of these constraints by extracting the weighted mean, the arithmetic mean and the percentage of each handicap, and also aims to identify the obstacles that most affect For scientific research in the field of anti-corruption, which was determined according to its indicators and its interpretation in the light of those indicators, a tool consisting of four areas was built and the questionnaire consisted of (28) items and the number of the sample individuals reached (100) individuals, and the results showed the level of the obstacles that were measured with a clear impact on The level of achievement of scientific research that is specialized in the field of combating corruption and enhancing the concepts of integrity and transparency. It also showed the presence of a number of obstacles that reached (8) obstacles that have a significant impact on scientific research interested in studying the phenomenon of corruption if its weighted media reached less than (2) between (1.95) To (1.51), the researchers have developed a number of recommendations and proposals
