الملخص

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشاكل تحكيم الأعمال العلمية في المجلات العلمية الجزائرية، ولهذا الغرض تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبيان على عينة من الأساتذة بقسم علم النفس بجامعة المسيلة، والتي بلغ تعداد أفرادها (26)، وللإجابة عن سؤال الدراسة تمت معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها من أفراد العينة بالأساليب الإحصائية الكمية المناسبة، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: - وجود مشاكل تتعلق بغياب المعايير الواضحة والمحددة للتحكيم بدرجة عالية. - وجود مشاكل تتعلق بسير عملية التحكيم بدرجة عالية. - وجود مشاكل تتعلق بندرة المحكمين المؤهلين بدرجة عالية. - وجود مشاكل تتعلق بالتدخل في مسار التحكيم بدرجة عالية. - وجود مشاكل تتعلق بالتحيز والعدوانية من بعض المحكمين بدرجة عالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مشاكل تحكيم؛ البحوث العلمية؛ المجلات العلمية الجزائرية. *** Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the problems of the arbitration of scientific work in Algerian scientific journals. For this purpose, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted by applying a questionnaire to a sample of professors from the Department of Psychology of the University of MSILA, which numbered. (26) To answer the question of the study, the data obtained from the sample were processed by appropriate quantitative statistical methods, and the results of the study indicated that: - There are problems with the lack of clear and well defined standards of arbitration. - Problems with the conduct of the arbitration process to a high degree. - Problems with the scarcity of highly qualified arbitrators. - High level of interference problems in the arbitration process. - There are problems of bias and aggression on the part of some highly qualified arbitrators.
