الضبط الإداري في الجزائر في ظل تفشي وباء كورونا (كوفيد19)

الملخص
إن هدفنا من خلال كتابة هذا المقال يكمن في معرفة إجراءات السلطة التنفيذية الجزائرية لمواجهة وباء كورونا، وتوضيح أن الأوامر والتعليمات العلاجية للمصابين أو الوقائية لبقية المواطنين والمقيمين هدفها الأوحد هو الحفاظ على الصحة العامة. أما عن أهم النتائج المتوصل لها فهي أن الأوضاع الصحية التي نعيشها هي ظرف استثنائي اقتضته المصلحة العليا للوطن، كما أن السلطات العامة تتبع كل الأساليب التي تمنحها القدرة على التعامل مع الأزمة بشكل سليم ولا ينال من هذه الحقوق والحريات ما أمكن. Abstract: Our goal, by writing this article, is to know the procedures of the Algerian executive authority to confront the Corona epandemic and to clarify that treatment orders and instructions for the injured or preventive for the rest of the citizens and residents are solely aimed at preserving public health. As for the most important results reached, it is that the health conditions we live in are exceptional conditions required by the supreme interest of the homeland, and that the public authorities follow all the methods that give them the ability to deal with the crisis in a proper way and do not get these rights and freedoms as possible.
