تكنولوجيا التعليم لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة

الملخص
تُمثل التكنولوجيا اليوم عصب الحياة و مرآةً تعكس مدى التطور الحاصل في الدول، فعملية التعليم والتعلم أصبحت تعتمد على وسائل وتقنيات مساعدة تتيح للمتعلمين فرصة الوصول الأسهل للمعلومة وتثبيتها، كما يُعدُّ استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا مع فئة ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة ضرورة مُلِحة، نظراً لتراجع مستوياتهم الذهنية والحسية والحركية في أغلب الأحيان، لذا كان التوجه نحو تطوير تقنيات ووسائل تعليمية تكنولوجية من أجل منحهم فرصة التعلم والتفاعل و استغلال قدراتهم المتبقية وتطويرها، ومنه حاولنا خلال مقالنا هذا تسليط الضوء على فئات ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة من حيث التصنيف والتعريف، وصولاً إلى تكنولوجيا التعليم الخاصة بهم و التي تُسمى أيضاً التقنيات المساعدة والوسائل التقنية والتكنولوجيا المساعدة، من خلال وصف أهم ركائزها ومعايير اختيارها وفوائدها ووظائفها لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة وأهم معايير الجودة الخاصة بها. Abstract: Technology today is the lifeblood of and a mirror that reflects the extent of development in the countries, the teaching and learning process has become dependent on assistive tools and technologies it gives learners the opportunity to easily access and establish information, and he use of this technology with the category of people with special needs is also an urgent necessity, due to their low mental sensory and motor levels often, therefore, the trend was towards developing technological educational techniques and methods in order to give them the opportunity to learn, interact and exploit their remaining capabilities and develop them. From this, we tried during our article to highlight the categories of people with special needs in terms of classification and definition, all the way to their educational technology, also called assistive technologies, technical aids and assistive technology, by describing its most important pillars selection criteria and their benefits, and its functions for people with special needs, and its most important quality standard.
