الملخص
الملخص بالعربية : تعتبر العلاقات التونسية الفرنسية خلال العصر الحديث ،من العلائق المتميزة ،نظرا لعراقتها وامتدادها خلال فترة طويلة ،وتنوع مظاهرها في الجوانب المختلفة السياسية منها ،والديبلوماسية والاقتصادية .ونخص في هذه الدراسة فترة مهمة ،ومرحلة بارزة من تلك العلاقات ؛خلال الفترة الممتدة بين سنتي 1577م ،و1685م ،منذ بداية العلاقات الرسمية بين تونس وفرنسا ،وحصول فرنسا على حق التمثيل الديبلوماسي القنصلي لها بتونس ،وإلى غاية توقيع معاهدة 1685م ،أو ما يعرف بمعاهدة السلم المئوي بين الطرفين ،والتي كرست مرحلة طويلة من السلم بينهما لاحقا . فقد حاولت أن اسلط الدراسة على مظاهر تلك العلاقات في هذه الفترة ،وأن أبرز مدى تنوع تلك المظاهر بين العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية ،وبين السلم والتوتر .وللإحاطة بكل ذلك طرحت الإشكال الموالي . نتساءل إذن عن طبيعة تلك العلاقات التي جمعت بين تونس وفرنسا خلال الفترة (1577-1685) ،وعن الظروف التي ساهمت في خلق تلك العلاقات بينهما ، وعن أهم مميزاتها ، وخصوصياتها ،وعن مظاهرها ، وانعكاساتها على الطرفين؟ وعلى منطقة الحوض الغربي للبحر المتوسط عموما ؟ . Abstract : Tunisian-French relations between 1577 AD and 1685 The Tunisian-French relations during the modern era are distinguished, due to their long-standing and long-standing relations, and the diversity of their manifestations in the various political, diplomatic and economic aspects, particularly in this study, an important period, and a prominent phase of those relations, during the period between 1577 AD, And 1685, since the beginning of official relations between Tunisia and France, and France to obtain the right of consular diplomatic representation in Tunisia, and until the signing of the Treaty of 1685, or what is known as the Centennial Peace Treaty between the two parties, which sent a long period of peace between them later. I have tried to shed light on the manifestations of these relations in this period, and to highlight the diversity of those manifestations between political and economic relations, and between peace and tension. We wonder, then, about the nature of those relations that were united between Tunisia and France during the period (1577-1685), and the circumstances that contributed to the creation of these relations between them, and the most important characteristics, characteristics, and manifestations, and their implications on the parties? And on the western basin area of the Mediterranean in general? .
