الملخص
مستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مراحل تصميم واستعمال لوحة القيادة خطوة بخطوة، كأداة مهمة لمراقبة التسيير نظرا لبساطتها، دقتها، شموليتها ومرونتها، من خلال تقديم مجموعة من المؤشرات والمعلومات الأساسية المتعلقة بنشاط المؤسسة، والتي تسمح باتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة وتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة، ، مع عرض مشروع المؤسسة للمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بعين بوسيف كنموذج والذي نوضح من خلاله إستراتيجية هذه المؤسسة المسطرة لسنة 2016 إلى غاية 2019 التي تهدف إلى تحسين نوعية الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمواطن في إطار الأهداف الوطنية والنصوص التشريعية لوزارة الصحة والسكان وإصلاح المستشفيات، وتحليل نتائج لوحات القيادة للمشاريع الفرعية وتقييم النتيجة النهائية لتطبيق المشروع. Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the stages of designing and using the dashboard step by step, as an important tool to monitor the management due to its simplicity, accuracy, comprehensiveness and flexibility, by providing a set of indicators and basic information related to the activity of the institution, which allows rational decision-making and the achievement of the underlined goals, with a project presentation The institution for the public hospital hospital in Ein Busaif as a model through which we explain the strategy of this ruler institution for the year 2016 to 2019, which aims to improve the quality of health care provided to the citizen within the framework of national goals and legislative texts of the Ministry of Health, Population and Health Hospital hospitals, analyzing the results of the dashboards of sub-projects and evaluating the final result of project implementation. Résumé: Cette étude visait à clarifier les étapes de la conception et de l'utilisation du tableau de bord étape par étape, en tant qu'outil important de suivi de la gestion en raison de sa simplicité, de sa précision, de son exhaustivité et de sa flexibilité, en fournissant un ensemble d'indicateurs et d'informations de base liés à l'activité de l'institution, qui permet une prise de décision rationnelle et la réalisation des objectifs soulignés, avec une présentation de projet L'institution de l'hôpital public hospitalier d'Ein Busaif comme modèle à travers lequel nous expliquons la stratégie de cette institution dirigeante pour l'année 2016 à 2019, qui vise à améliorer la qualité des soins de santé fournis au citoyen dans le cadre des objectifs nationaux et des textes législatifs du ministère de la Santé, de la Population et de la Santé Hôpitaux hospitaliers, analysant les résultats des tableaux de bord des sous-projets et évaluant le résultat final de la mise en œuvre du projet.
