الثّنائية اللّغوية والتّعدّدية اللّغويّة في منطقة تيزي وزو: بحث في التّداخل والتّكامل والانسجام

الملخص
تشهد منطقة تيزي وزو تعدّدا لغويا في ممارساتها الكلامية اليومية، ما يجعلها تعيش تشتّتا لغويا كبيرا تتقاسم فضاؤه كلّ من الأمازيغية (اللهجة القبائلية)، واللّغة العربية (العامية)، واللّغة الفرنسية (الأجنبية)، الوضعية التي تجعل أبناءها ينتقلون بين هذه اللّغات في تداخل مدهش، أمّا اتقانها فهو أمر إشكالي، لأنّه يخصّ في أغلب الأحيان اللّغة الأمّ، وينبغي الإشارة إلى نتائج هذه التّعدّد وأشكال التّأثير والتّأثر والاحتكاك الواقعة بين هذه اللّغات، ما يقتضي الإحالة إلى مصطلح آخر وهو "الهجين اللّغوي" الذي أصبح يرافق الأفراد في المنطقة صغيرها وكبيرها، ويبرز من خلال توظيف كلمات من أصول مختلفة في جملة واحدة، ما يستلزم افتقاد كلّ لغة لهويتها، وإن كان في الأمر فائدة تواصلية، فإنّه في الجهة المقابلة يؤثّر سلبا على اللّغة الأمّ بالخصوص، وعلى اللّغات الأخرى بشكل عام. إنّ اللّغة في مفهومها الخاص تتحدّد بوصفها نظاما رمزيا يساعد الإنسان على التنمية وتطوير ذاته، وأبناء المنطقة يتعايشون مع الوضع اللغوي كما هو، ويحاولون الاستفادة من هذا التّنوّع الثّقافي للارتقاء بأنفسهم في جميع المجالات، وبذلك نودّ الوقوف عند مكامن التّنافس بين هذه الوضعيات اللّغوية ونتائجه، بالإضافة إلى معرفة حدود التّداخل اللّغوي، وتحديد الطرف المستفيد أكثر دون تجاهل أنّ قوّة اللّغة ترتبط بقوّة عواملها السياسية والديموغرافية والاقتصادية وعامل الحركة والانتشار، وهل يمكن اعتبار التّعدّد اللّغوي في المنطقة نعمة، وإن كان الأمر كذلك ما هي حدودها وآفاقها، وهل يمكن الحديث عن الانسجام في بعده التّداولي.
