الملخص
ملخص إن استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية جعل التربية أكثر فعالية وأكثر حركية. فاستعمالها في التعليم بصفة عامة والتعليم العالي بصفة خاصة، جذب اهتمام المسئولين والسياسيين ومخططي التربية ،. لأنها أصبحت تمثل شرطا ضروريا لتكوين الموارد البشرية ذات الكفاءة في المؤسسات العلمية، باعتبارها المحرك الأساسي لعملية تنمية المجتمعات ومن أجل سهولة اندماجها في مجتمعات المعرفة الحديثة.ولهذا فالدراسة الحالية تهدف إلى توضيح عملية استخدام تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال في التعليم العالي الجزائري من أجل الوقوف عند أهم معوقات عملية إدخال هذه التكنولوجيات. Abstract: The use of modern technologies in the educational process has made education more effective and more dynamic. Their use in education in general and higher education in particular attracted the attention of officials, politicians and education planners. As it has become a necessary condition for the formation of efficient human resources in scientific institutions as the main engine for the process of community development and for easy integration into modern knowledge societies. The present study aims at clarifying the use of information and communication technologies in Algerian higher education in order to identify the main obstacles the process of introducing these technologies may encounter.
