دور سياسات الملكية الفكرية في تعزيز الذكاء الإصطناعي للمؤسسة الإقتصادية (على ضوء قرارات منظمة Wipo)

الملخص
تناولت الورقة البحثية أهم سياسات منظمة الملكية الفكرية في المحافظة على حقوق وبراءات الإختراع والعلامات التجارية بإعتبار أنّ الحماية المقررة للملكية الفكرية على المستوى الدولي تستمد من الإتفاقية الدولية لحماية الملكية الفكرية المقررة في باريس 1970 تحت مسمى "المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية WIPO" التي تساعد على ضمان حماية حقوق المبدعين وأصحاب الملكية الفكرية، ما أفضى لوجود وإستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي بالمؤسسات الإقتصادية المعتمدة على أنظمة ذكية بالإدارة والمبنية على تقنيات مبتكرة جدا، وعليه جاء السؤال ما هي سياسات منظمة WIPO لتعزيز وتفعيل الذكاء الإصطناعي بالمؤسسة الإقتصادية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أنّ إستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي بالمؤسسة ومساعد على تدعيم عمليات التحكم والمراقبة وإتخاذ القرارات من قبل الخبراء ودعم عمليات إدارة المعلومات والمعطيات الفائقة الذكاء والتقانة وحمايتها من كل أنواع التقليد والإحتيال وعمليات التلاعب. The research paper dealt with the most important policies of the Intellectual Property Organization in preserving the rights of patents and trademarks, considering that the protection prescribed fo intellectual property at the international level derives from the International Convention for the Protection of Intellectual Property established in Paris 1970 under the name "World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO" that helps to ensure protection The rights of creators and owners of intellectual property, which led to the existence and use of artificial intelligence in economic institutions that rely on smart systems in management and based on very innovative technologies, The refore, the question came what are wipo's policies for promoting and activating artificial intelligence applications in the institution and help to strengthen the processes of control, control and decision-making by experts and support the processes of information management and data high intelligence and technology and protect it from all kinds of imitation.
