الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: عرفت حركة النشر في الجزائر خلال الفترة الاستعمارية تطورا ملحوظا، حيث كانت شكلا من أشكال المقاومة الثقافية للاحتلال الفر نسي، ونوعا من الوعي الوطني الذي اتخذ أشكالا مختلفة منها إصدار الصحف والمجلات باللغتين كمحاولة للتصدي لسياسة التعتيم التي كانت تتبعها السلطات الاستعمارية. وخلال الحرب العالمية الثانية عرفت حركة النشر تراجعا ملحوظا بسبب جملة من الظروف، وغداة الحرب ظهرت محاولات جادة لبعث الصحف والمجلات العربية. من بين المجلات التي ظهرت في الجزائر عقب الحرب العالمية الثانية مجلة إفريقيا الشمالية لصاحبها إسماعيل العربي المؤرخ المعروف والعضو العامل والنشيط في جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائر ين والذي كان مكلفا بتسيير لجنة التعليم في الجمعية واظهر نشاطا كبيرا. و مجلة إفريقيا الشمالية غير معروفة على نطاق واسع وسط الباحثين، لأنها لم تستمر في الصدور طويلا، حيث توقفت بعد العدد الرابع بسبب ظروف قاهرة. وعند اطلاعنا على أعدادها لفت انتباهنا ما كانت تنشره في تلك الفترة، ومن كان ينشر فيها من أقلام لها وزنها حينذاك. وقد قاوم صاحب المجلة كثيرا وتعرّض لعدد من الضغوط، ممّا أدى إلى تذبذب في إصدار المجلة لتختفي بعدها بشكل نهائي بعدما صار بقاء ها ضربا من الانتحار. وسنحاول في هذا المقال التعريف بهذه المجلة والظروف التي صدرت فيها ومواضيعها وهيأة تحريرها، مع محاولة شرح الظروف التي أدت إلى توقفها نهائيا عن الصدور. ملخص باللغة الإنجليزية: ABSTRACT : The publishing movement in Algeria witnessed a remarkable development during the colonial period, as it was a form of cultural resistance to the French occupation, and a kind of national awareness that took various forms, including the publication of newspapers and magazines in both languages as an attempt to counter the blackout policy of the colonial authorities. During the Second World War, the publishing movement witnessed a noticeable decline due to a number of circumstances. After the war, serious attempts to send Arab newspapers and magazines appeared. Among the magazines that appeared in Algeria after the Second World War was Ifriqia El Chamaliah magazine for its owner, Ismail Al-Arabi, a well-known historian and active and active member of the Association of Algerian Muslim Ulama, who was in charge of running the association’s education committee and showed great activity. Ifriqia El Chamaliah magazine is not widely known among researchers, because it did not last for long, as it stopped after the fourth issue due to force majeure. When we looked at their numbers, he drew our attention to what they were publishing during that period, and whoever was publishing pens that weighed at that time. The owner of the magazine resisted a lot and was subjected to a number of pressures, which led to a fluctuation in the publication of the magazine, so that it finally disappears after its survival has become a suicide. In this article, we will try to introduce this magazine, the circumstances in which it was published, its topics, and its editorial board, while trying to explain the circumstances that led to its permanent ceasing of publication.
