الملخص
ملخص: إن من أكثر الجوانب التي برع فيها الجزائريون بتونس هي الصحافة، حيث صار لبعضهم أعمدة خاصة على صفحات الجرائد يتقدمون فيها بشكواهم ويطرحون قضاياهم وهمومهم، وبذلك عرف القراء الكثير منهم حتى صاروا مألوفين، خصوصا مع جرأتهم في طرح بعض القضايا الحساسة التي كانت تثير حفيظة المستعمر، ولعل الدافع الأكبر الذي جعل هؤلاء يكتبون في الصحافة التونسية أنها كانت تلقى نوعا من الحرية مقابل قيود ومصادرة تارة اخرى، فالمعروف أن الاحتلال لم يعامل الصحافة في تونس والجزائر بنفس الكيفية، فقد كان التضييق وشد القبضة هو السائد في الجزائر ومثال على ذلك نجد جريدة "العصر الجديد" التي كان يراسلها الطيبي العقبي، والتي كانت تصدر في مدينة صفاقس جنوب تونس سنة 1922، وهي رسائل لم تنطو على موضوعات وقضايا سياسية إلا أنها كانت تقدم صورة يومية على الاوضاع الاجتماعية والسياسية. Abstract: From the most field in which the Algerians excelled in Tunisia was the media, so some of them had special pillars on the newspapers pages on which they claim their problems and expose their issues, and from that the readers know them, so that they became familiar especially with their challenge in exposing some sensible cases which bothered the colonial state, and perhaps the biggest purpose which made them write in the Tunisian newspapers, because it found a kind of freedom on one hand and limits and confrontations on the other, what was known is that the occupiers did not deal with the media in Tunisia and in Algeria in the same way, so the restriction and the close control were prominent in Algeria, and here we can give examples to clarify that. Newspaper "Alasr Eldjadid" which "Tayeb Elogbi" corresponded and which was published in Sfakes town, south Tunisia 1922, letters which did not include political subjects and issues, but presented a daily image about the political and social conditions.
