المسؤولية المجتمعية وتطبيقاتها على العلاقة بين الجامعة والمجتمع في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص تعني المسؤولية المجتمعية للجامعة ربط موارد و معارف الجامعة مع قطاعات المجتمع العامة والخاصة لإثراء البحث العلمي والأنشطة الإبداعية، وتعزيز المناهج الدراسية والتعليم وإعداد أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتنمية المواطنين من خلال تعزيز القيم الديمقراطية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية ومعالجة القضايا المجتمعية الملحة، وذلك لتحقيق الصالح العام في المجتمع، وقد حملت الجامعة الجزائرية على عاتقها منذ إنشائها مهمة خدمة المجتمع من خلال ما تتوفر عليه من تخصصات وفروع تراعي حاجات ومتطلبات المجتمع ويتجسد ذلك في ما تقدمه من تكوين وما تفرزه من خريجين يساهمون في خدمة المجتمع وحل المشكلات التي تواجهه، كما شهدت مؤخرا في إطار إصلاح التعليم العالي محاولة تدعيم وتوثيق للعلاقة بين الجامعة والمجتمع أكثر فأكثر، من خلال تبني نظام ل م د، وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة أوجه العلاقة ومظاهر تأثير الجامعة في المجتمع في الجزائر، باعتماد منهج وصفي تحليلي لمفهوم المسؤولية المجتمعية، وتطبيقاتها على علاقة الجامعة بالمجتمع، من خلال تحليل آليات التأثير وبيان ما يعتورها من نقائص ومحاولة تقديم الحلول لإصلاحها. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية المجتمعية، الجامعة، المجتمع،الجزائر، نظام ل م د . Abstract University Social Responsibility means linking university resources and knowledge with the public and private sectors of the society to enrich scientific research and creative activities. Through strengthening curricula, education, prepare faculty members and develop citizens by promoting democratic values and social responsibility and addressing pressing societal issues, in order to achieve the public interest in society. Since its inception, the Algerian University has assumed the task of serving the community through its specializations and branches that take into account the needs and requirements of the society, and this is reflected in its training and the graduates it contributes to the service of society. As a result of the adoption of the MD system, this research aims to know the relationship and the influence of the university in the Algerian society. The latter is achieved Through adopting Descriptive, analyzed curriculum of the concept of social responsibility, and its applications to the relationship of the university with the society , through the analysis of mechanisms of influence and indicate deficiencies and trying to provide solutions to reform. Keywords: social responsibility, university, society, Algeria, LMD system Résumé La Responsabilité sociale des universités signifie lier les ressources et les connaissances des universités aux secteurs public et privé de la société pour enrichir la recherche scientifique et les activités créatives , Depuis ses débuts, l’Université algérienne a pour mission de servir la communauté par le biais de ses spécialité et de ses branches qui tiennent compte des besoins et des exigences de la société, À la suite de l’adoption du système LMD, le présent document de recherche vise à connaître les aspects de la relation et les Figures de l’influence de l’université dans la société algérienne en adoptant un programme d’études , Analyse descriptive du concept de responsabilité sociale et de ses applications dans les relations de l'université avec la société, à travers l'analyse des mécanismes d'influence, en indiquant les lacunes et en essayant de trouver des solutions aux réformes.
