النظام المالي العالمي، محاولة لفهم أسرار التطور ومحاولات التحكم

الملخص
الملخص من خلال هذا البحث سنحاول التطرق إلى موضوع النظام المالي العالمي بإعتباره آلية من آليات عمل النظام الدولي الحديث في ظل ظاهرة العولمة، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى المحطات التاريخية التي نعتبرها ذات أهمية فاصلة في تبلور النظام المالي على الشكل الذي هو عليه في وقتنا الحاضر، بالإضافة إلى التطرق إلى الوسائل التي من خلالها تحاول القوى الدولية الفاعلة في النظام الدولي، كنظام سويفت للتحويلات المالية ونظام وكالات التأمين، ودورها في السيطرة والتحكم في التفاعلات الدولية والتأثير على خيارات الدول وتطلعاتها على الساحة الدولية. وللوصول إلى هدف الدراسة تم الإستعانة بالمنهج التاريخي قصد تتبع الأحداث والوقائع التي أدت إلى تكريس الممارسات والسلوكيات التي من خلال تطورها عبر التاريخ أسست للنظام المالي العالمي على الشكل الذي نعرفه اليوم. Abstract : Through this research we study the issue of the global financial system as a mechanism of the work of the modern international system in light of the phenomenon of globalization, we emphasis the historical stations, which has a decisive importance in the crystallization of the financial system as it is in the present time, in addition to that we study the financial means by which the international powers in the international system, such as the Swift system of financial transfers and the insurance system, and their role in controlling and controlling international interactions and influencing the choices and aspirations of States in the international fiend. To reach the goal of this study, the historical method was used in order to track the events and facts that led to the dedication of practices and behaviors that evolved throughout history founded the financial system in the form we know today.
