الملخص
تناقش هذه الورقة ألية بناء الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسات العلمية البحثية الافتراضية لأغراض التواصل العلمي؛ في صور مكانية تكنولوجية داعمة للتطورات العلمية المصاحبة للمعرفة؛ وتبرز إمكانية التغلب على بعض الصعوبات التي تحول دون تقدم البحث العلمي في مجتمعاتنا من خلال استحداث جامعات بحثية افتراضية تهتم بالبحث العلمي بكل روادها ومنتسبيها؛ وفي سياق هذا المقترح يُمكننا التعليم والتخطيط والتعلم واستقطاب كل جهد بناء لديه فاعلية وتأثير يُمكنه من الاتصال الجيد؛ ذلك لأن هذا النوع من الجامعات البحثية الافتراضية يسهم في توفير مصادر تعليم ذات وسائط متعددة بسهولة ويسر وتفرد؛ ويسهم ايضا في ايجاد مجتمع علمي متألف من أفراد وباحثين وعلماء وخبراء؛ فجميع أعضائها وهيأتها العلمية يعملون ويتعلمون في ذات الوقت ويُديرون المعرفة بينهم كاهتمام أول ومستديم لحشد أفضل النخب العلمية والباحثين لغرض تجويد المعرفة والإنتاج المعرفي والتنمية المعرفية. This paper discusses the mechanism of building the organizational structure of virtual scientific research institutions for the purposes of scientific communication; in spatial technological forms supporting the scientific developments associated with knowledge; and highlights the possibility of overcoming some of the difficulties that hinder the progress of scientific research in our societies through the creation of virtual research universities interested in scientific research with all its pioneers. And its affiliates; In the context of this proposal, we can teach, plan, learn and attract every constructive effort that has the effectiveness and impact of good communication, because this type of virtual research universities contribute to the provision of multimedia learning resources easily and individually; and also contribute to the creation of a scientific community composed of individuals and researchers Scientists and experts; all its members and scientific body work and learn at the same time and manage knowledge among them as a first and sustained concern to mobilize the best scientific elites and researchers for the purpose of improving knowledge, knowledge production and knowledge development.).
