الملخص

ملخص الدراسة: تعتبر التربية البدنية جزءا من التربية العامة، فهي ميدان تجريبي هدفه تكوين الفرد اللائق في المجتمع، إضافة إلى ذلك أصبح درس التربية البدنية وسطا فعالا للكشف على المواهب من أجل دعم الحركة الرياضية الوطنية، ويقتصر ذلك على كفاءة الأستاذ وخبرته وتجربته، لأن الانتقاء عملية مستمرة يتم من خلالها اختيار أفضل العناصر بالاعتماد على أسس ومبادئ علمية، لذلك ينبغي على الأستاذ العناية والاهتمام بالموهوبين وتوجيههم إلى نوع الرياضة المناسبة. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد حقيقة الدور الذي يقوم به الأستاذ في إطار علاقة التكامل بين الدرس وانتقاء وتوجيه الموهوبين، إضافة إلى تحديد معوقات عمل الأستاذ ضمن الحركة الرياضية داخل المؤسسة وخارجها وإيجاد حلول لها. الكلمات المفتاحية:التربية البدنية، الأستاذ، الموهوب، الانتقاء . The study aims to determine the reality of the role of the professor in a relationship of complementarily between the lesson and the selection and guidance of gifted, In addition to identifying constraints on the work of Professor within the sports movement inside and outside the institution and to find solutions.
