سنوات المخاض السياسي العسير في الجزائر 1919- 1939

الملخص
ملخص على الرغم من ضخامة الخسائر المادية و البشرية التي دفعها الجزائريون غصبا عنهم خلال الحرب العالمية الاولى الا ان الرصيد المكتسب من الخبرات بالغ الاهمية، ساهم في تنوير العقول و شحذ الهمم ورسم معالم المشهد السياسي في الجزائر وافرز شخصياته الفاعلة. لم تكن فترة مابين الحربين فترة هدوء او خمول في الجزائر بل على العكس من ذلك تماما، فقد استوعب الجزائريون اسباب فشل الثورات الشعبية التي امتدت من دخول الاستعمار الفرنسي عام 1830 الى ثورة الاوراس و ثورة الطوراق في الهقار عام 1916، كما استوعب الجزائريون مقاصد السياسة الفرنسية واهدافها المعلنة و الخفية، وقد استفادوا من ظروف الحرب و ما فرضته من احتكاك بأوربا حضاريا وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالحياة السياسية والثقافية و النشاط النقابي و الشؤون العسكرية، بالمحصّلة استثمار ذلك الرصيد في مواصلة الكفاح وتصويب الاخطاء السابقة ومواجهة المستجدّات بنفس جديد و عزيمة اقوى. هي ولادة جديدة من رحم القهر الاستبداد الاستعماري حيث برزت نخبة سياسية ناضجة تجاوزت اختلافاتها واتفقت على ارضية مشتركة من اجل مصلحة الوطن. Abstract: Despite the enormous amount of material and human losses that Algerians have paid for in the First World War, the accumulated experience was very important in terms of its contribution to the enlightenment of minds and the sharpening of motivation.It outlined the political landscape in Algeria and highlighted its influential personalities. It seemed as though the period between the two wars was a period of calm and inactivity in Algeria, but what was happening was exactly the opposite, the Algerians absorbed the causes of the failure of the popular revolutionaries From the beginning of French colonialism in 1830 to the Aures and Hoggar revolutions in 1916, Algerians also benefited from the conditions of war and the friction with European civilization, especially with regard to political and cultural life, Military Activities. Algerian corrects their past mistakes and confront the new developments with a stronger resolve. It was a new birth for the Algerian national movement, a mature political elite has emerged and is aware of its responsibilities, able to overcome its differences by agreeing on common background for consensus in the interest of the nation.
