الملخص
The objective of this paper is to show the impact of knowledge sharing on the development of collective competencies in the company "MEDETRAM" .The researchers have designed a model with two variables: independent and dependent, and they have used SPSS. The results showed a positive effect between the two variables and based on this, the study recommends strengthening the collaborative environment to enable a dynamic transition of collective competencies.
