الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقة ببعض الكفايات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي.

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وبعض الكفايات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (43)أستاذ للتربية البدنية والرياضية الذين يدرسون في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة المسيلة وقد اعتمد الباحث على كل من مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي و استبيان تقييم أداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في هذه الدراسة ،ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها ما يلي: هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وبعض الكفايات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. الكلمات المفتاحية : الكفايات التدريسية ؛ الذكاء الانفعالي ؛ الوعي الذاتي ؛ تنظيم الانفعالات ؛ ادارة الانفعالات؛ التواصل الاجتماعي. Abstract : The study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and teaching skills in sport and physical education teachers .The sample consisted of(43)physical education teachers who teach the second level (the middle school in M'sila .The researcher used the descriptive method for its convenience to the study. The researcher used an emotional intelligence scale and a questionnaire assessing teaching skills in sport and physical education teachers. The results of the study of " emotional intelligence and its relationship to teaching skills in sport and physical education teachers " showed that there is : -strong coherence Relationship between elements of the intelligence in general(Self awareness-regulation of emotions-Emotional Management- sympathy- social communication) and teaching skills in sport and physical education teachers. Résumé : L’étude vise à repérer la nature de la relation entre les compétences pédagogiques chez les enseignants de l’éducation physique et sportive et leurs sympathie ainsi que leurs communications sociales.Le chercheur à employé la méthode descriptive. L’échantillon s’est composé de (43) enseignants. Résultats de l’étude: Les résultats de l’étude de" l’intelligence émotionnelle et sa relation avec les compétences pédagogiques chez les enseignants de l’éducation physique et sportive" ont montré qu’il y a: Une relation à forte cohérence positive entre les compétences pédagogiques chez les enseignants de l’éducation physique et sportive et leurs intelligence émotionnelle.
