الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كإستراتيجية تحولية لما بعد النفط "حالة الجزائر"

الملخص
إن مشكلة نضوب مصادر الطاقة التقليدية الناشئ عن شراهة الدول الصناعية في حرق النفط والفحم، ناهيك عن ارتفاع أسعارهما وما ترتب على ذلك من مشاكل اقتصادية لدول العالم النامي، لمن أهم ما يدعونا إلى ضرورة الالتفات إلى ما أنعم الله به على بلادنا من مصادر للطاقة المتجددة، وضرورة استغلالها وذلك باستخدام تكنولوجيا حديثة تسمى التكنولوجيا الخضراء، فتشير التوقعات إلى أن الطاقات المتجددة ستلعب دورا متزايدا في المستقبل، وعليه فإن الدول ستواصل الاهتمام بالتطورات العلمية التي يتم تحقيقها في مجال تلك الطاقات، والتي من شأنها دون شك أن تلعب دورا رياديا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لاقتصادياتها. The problem of the depletion of conventional energy sources created by the greed of industrialized nations in the burning of oil and coal, not to mention rising their prices and the economic problems of the developing world, for whom the most important reason we need to pay attention to what God blessed on our country's renewable energy sources, and the need to be exploited by using modern technology called green technology. Expectations indicate that renewable energy will play an increasing role in the future. Therefore, the states will continue to concern scientific developments that are achieved in these energies, and that will undoubtedly play a leading role in achieving the sustainable development of their economies.
