الملخص
من خلال هذا البحث نحاول تتبع المحطات التاريخية التي مرت بها الحدود الإدارية لمنطقة سعيدة ، التي مرت بمحطات تشريعية وقانونية خصوصا في فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي ، ومن خلال تلك القوانين الإدارية والتنظيمية لحدود المنطقة بدأت تتشكل خريطة سعيدة ، وبعد استرجاع السيادة الوطنية استمرت القوانين التشريعية والتنظيمية للحدود الإدارية في الجزائر ، وهو ما يظهر لنا جليا الحدود الإدارية الحالية لولاية سعيدة التي تحمل الرقم 22 في ترتيب الولايات في التقسيم الإداري للجزائر . Through this research we are trying to trace the historical stations that passed by administrative boundaries saida , which passed legislative and legal, especially in the period of French occupation stations, and during that administrative and regulatory laws of the limits of the region began to be formed saida map, after the recovery of national sovereignty and the legislative and regulatory laws, administrative boundaries continued in Algeria, which shows us clearly the current administrative boundaries saida to mandate bearing the number 22 in the ranking of states in the administrative division of Algeria
