الملخص

The aim of the present study is to know the effect level of job stress on organizational loyalty of psychologists in public health institutions. This study was conducted at the 01 Nov 1954 Hospital and the University Hospital in Oran city, 46 psychologists from both institutions were randomly selected. As study tools, the researcher used a job stress questionnaire for Spielberger (1994), and organizational loyalty questionnaire of Allen, Meyer& Smith (1993). And the simple regression analysis as a method to test the validity of the hypotheses of the study. The study concluded: job stress has an impact on organizational loyalty;
