الملخص
ملخّص / يحاول هذا المقال اختبار مفهومٍ فضفاضٍ لم يأخذ حقَّه من الدّراسة والمعالجة الجادّتيْن على مستوى متابعة الممارسات التعليمية الجامعية (العربية). وهو المفهوم المطلق عليه (الخطاب التعليمي الجامعي)، موضوعاً بالنسبة لوضع اللغة العربية في إشكالية يعكس شقُّها الأول ما يدعى بالإنجليزية (Scientific Vulgarisation) وبالفرنسية (Vulgarisation scientifique) ــ أو التبسيط العلمي الذي يتعثّر دون بزوغه ــ أو وضوحه ــ في الثقافة العربية (نسبة إلى اللغة)؛ وفي شقها الثاني الماثل في نزوع كل خطاب نحو النمذجة اللغوية والصيغ الكتابية (الشروح والملخصات المنمَّطة والعبارات الاصطلاحية والمسكوكات المكرَّسة كتابيّاً). إنّ هذا الاتّهام يومئ بحقّ إلى ركامٍ من الحقائق التي ستفصل فيها هذا المقال: إذ تشرع أوّلاً في تبرير هذا الاتهام الخطير. فتعرِّج على بعض التعريفات الواهية مجسَّدة بأمثلة محلَّلة على إثر انتزاعها من الواقع التعليمي الجامعي (الجزائري). ثمّ تخلص إلى وضع جملة من مقترحات قابلة للنقاش والنقد. وعليه، تصحب هذا المقال نزعة تحليليّة صارمة تستهدف إعادة تشكيلة التسميات والمفاهيم المتعلِّقة ضمنيّاً أو الموثّقة رسميّاً ضمن سنن تعامل الثقافة المعنية بمجموع الخطابات الناتجة عنها بما فيها النمط الذي يخصّنا ههنا. Abstract / Title: The university discourse faced with the constraints of scientific vulgarisation and the restrictions of scriptural practices This article gives an account of the concept called "University Discourse" approached, in the case of the culture specific to the Arab world under the problem of the constraints of what is commonly called " Scientific Vulgarisation " which is struggling to emerge, if not to clear up , in the culture with Arab tradition, with reference to the language. And of that which relates to the norm - or normalization - linguistic (phraseologies, scriptural practices). There is everything in this contradictory assertion: first of all the article examines the justification of said " contradictory assertion ". A detour of floating definitions goes without saying. Then our text will be assigned a set of suggestions whose product will not be immune to criticism. Hence the spirit of analysis and reconfiguration of the names and concepts which relate to them implicitly or officially cataloged in the rites of discourses mainly specific to the culture obviously mentioned.
