دور حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية قدرات الإبتكار للمؤسسات المصغرة والصغيرة في الجزائر-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز دور حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية قدرات الابتكار للمؤسسات المصغرة والصغيرة في الجزائر، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 36 مستجيباً من أصحاب المؤسسات المصغرة والصغيرة المحتضنة بولايات (جيجل، ميلة، سطيف( وبعد التحليل الإحصائي لإجابات المبحوثين خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ايجابي لأنشطة حاضنات الأعمال بمحاورها في تنمية قدرات الإبتكار لدى المؤسسات المصغرة و الصغيرة في الجزائر. وأكدت على أهمية القيام بدراسة جدوى اقتصادية وفنية للمشاريع المحتضنة قبل مباشرتها، وتوفير التاطير المؤهل لمرافقتها، وربط علاقات شراكة فعالة في محيط حاضنات الأعمال لجذب المستثمرين والممولين. This study aims to recognize the role of business incubators in developing the innovative capabilities of micro and small enterprises in Algeria, based on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and the descriptive analytical approach in the applied side as the study sample included 36 respondents from owners of MSEs incubated in (Jijel, Mila, Setif). After the statistical analysis of the respondents' responses, the study concluded The existence of a positive impact of the activities of business incubators with its axes in developing the innovation capabilities of MSEs. This study recommends the importance of business incubators a feasibility study, economically and technically, for the incubated MSEs before they start, providing qualified frameworks to accompany them in the early years, and establishing strategic and effective partnership relations within incubator business area to attract potential investors and financiers.
