الملخص
ملخص: تعد منظمة العمل الدولية أول وكالة متخصصة ترتبط بالأمم المتحدة، وهي تسعى الى تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية من خلال الأنشطة التي تضطلع بها في المجالات العمالية والاجتماعية . حيث يعد مجال حماية العمال من أكثر موضوعات حماية حقوق الانسان نشاطا بالنظر الى تعدد الأطراف المكونة لمنظمة العمل الدولية من ممثلين للحكومات، وممثلين لأرباب العمل وتضارب مصالح كل طرف مع مصالح غيره من جهة ومن جهة ثانية تشعب الحقوق والحريات التي عملت المنظمة على حمايتها لفائدة فئة العمال من الانتهاكات التي تتعرض لها سواء من طرف الدول أو من طرف بعض أرباب العمل، لذا سعت منظمة العمل الدولية الى ايجاد طرق واليات لحماية حقوق العمال من أجل التقليل من انتهاك حقوق هاته الفئة في العديد من دول العالم عن طريق الحرص على انفاذ قواعد ومعايير العمل الدولية المنصوص عليها في دستور المنظمة والاتفاقيات الدولية. The ILO is the first specialized agency associated with the United Nations and seeks to achieve social justice through its labor and social activities. The field of labor protection is one of the most active issues of human rights protection in view of the multiple constituents of the International Labor Organization, including representatives of governments, employers' representatives and the conflict of interests of each party with those of others. Violations by both states and some employers. The ILO has therefore sought to find ways and mechanisms to protect workers' rights in order to reduce the violation of the rights of this group in many countries of the world by ensuring the enforcement of international labor rules and standards set forth in the ILO Constitution and international conventions.
