أهمية الإشراف التربوي وانعكاسه على الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط

الملخص
تحظى التربية البدنية والرياضية باهتمام كبير في الوقت الحالي، فقد تعدت فكرة أنها وسيلة للترفيه وسد الفراغ فهي تساعد على إعداد الفرد إعدادا شاملا وسليما لجميع جوانب شخصيته، وأصبحت وصفة لحل الكثير من المشاكل و اجتياز العراقيل التي يتعرض لها الفرد في الكثير من الميادين فهي ركيزة أساسية يستعين بها الفرد في حياته اليومية حتى يكون فردا صالحا مزود بخيارات ومهارات واسعة تجعله جزءا لا يتجزأ من مجتمعه. وتعتبر حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية من بين الوسائل التي تستجيب بفعالية كبيرة وناجعة في عملية تهذيب سلوك التلاميذ المراهق وترقيته. حيث يعتبر الأستاذ الخير الذي وظفه المجتمع لنحقق الأغراض التربوية فهو من جهة القيم الأمين على تراثه الثقافي ومن جهة أخرى العامل الأكبر على تجديد هذا التراث وتعزيزه والمشرف التربوي الذي "يعتبر همزة وصل بين المدرس والمناهج، فهو يراقب عمل الأستاذ ومدى نجاحه في تحقيق ما يكلفه به المنهج الموضوع، كما يساعده على تحقيق هذه الأغراض من خلال التوجيه والعمل المشترك. Abstract Physical and sports education is receiving a lot of attention at the moment, it has gone beyond the idea that it is a means of entertainment and filling the void, it helps to prepare the individual comprehensively and properly for all aspects of his personality, and has become a recipe for solving many problems and passing the obstacles to which the individual is exposed in many fields they are a fundamental pillar that an individual uses in his or her daily life to be a good individual with broad choices and skills that make him an integral part of his community. The physical and sports education quota is one of the means to respond effectively and effectively in the process of refining and promoting the behavior of adolescent pupils. Where the good professor employed by the community to achieve educational purposes is on the one hand the faithful values on his cultural heritage and on the other hand the biggest factor in the renewal and promotion of this heritage, The educational supervisor, who "is considered a link between the teacher and the curriculum, is monitoring the work of the teacher and the extent of his success in achieving what the subject curriculum costs him, and helps him to achieve these purposes through guidance and joint action.
