تأثير التكنولوجيات الحديثة على مضمون إعداد المترجمين و أهمية الكفاءة التقنية لمواكبة سوق الترجمة

الملخص
في ظل التحديات التي أفرزتها العولمة، تنامت الحاجة إلى المترجمين المقتدرين الذين يتمتعون بالكفاءة العالية في مجال عملهم، غير أن إعداد هذا النوع من المترجمين ليس بالمهمة اليسيرة، ذلك لأن مفهوم الكفاءة في حد ذاته قد تأثر بمتطلبات سوق العمل، و لم يعد المترجم الكفء ذلك الشخص المزدوج اللغة فحسب، بل يتعين عليه أيضا أن يمتلك إلى جانب الملكة اللغوية مهارات أخرى منها الكفاءة النصيةtextual competence ، الوعي الثقافي cultural competence باللغتين المنقول منها و إليها، و مهارة النقل transfer competenceالتي تستدعي إلمامه بالجانب النظري للترجمة، و التمكن من المجال المعرفي (المتخصص) الذي يعمل ضمنه subject competence و الأهم من ذلك، أنه قد أصبح لزاما على المترجم في ظل التطور التكنولوجي المتزايد الذي أسفر عن انتشار الترجمة الآلية أن يتمتع بالمهارة التقنية Digital competence التي تسمح له باستخدام مختلف تكنولوجيات الترجمة. The need for competent translators and interpreters has been proliferated. However, translators are not made overnight because it is one of the most challenging tasks to switch safely and faithfully between two universes of discourse. It is a fact that bilingualism is a necessary condition for translation activity, but it is not enough since the translation process does not only rely upon translators’ linguistic competences. Nowadays, a successful career in translation requires also translation competence which consists of language competence, textual competence, subject competence, cultural competence and transfer competence which encompasses the strategies and procedures that allow translating the text quickly and efficiently. The development of Machine Translation and Computer Assisted Translation tools affects not only the environment of professional translators, but also the areas of teaching and learning.With the increasing use of computer tools, the scholars have been expanding the multi-component model of competencies to include new skills and profeciencies required in the field of translator training which is the Digital skill.
