الملخص
Abstract After the Napoleon's campaign (1798) to Egypt, a new wave of European imperialism rainedon the Orient. In the 19th century in the Arab world discover the supremacy of the West, in military, sciences, politics, economy and so on…Some Arab rulers conclude that modernization become a necessity,they had planned for some experiences of renaissance and reform in Egypt then in Tunisia.Social changes and political troublesincreased in the daily life and the struggle between traditions and Westernization was the most important theme to deal with by the scholars, elites and politics leaders in the modern Middle East history. The European Nationalism ideology andenlightenmentphilosophy were inspired by some Arabic scholars to the Arab world who fall under the influence of European Enlightenmentand rationalism.
