التعاون الدولي لمكافحة الهجرة الغير الشرعية

الملخص
اذا كانت الهجرة الغير الشرعية في معناها الاصطلاحي البسيط هي تنقل الأفراد من مكان لأخر داخل الدولة الواحدة من دون احترام للآخرين وللقانون فان الهجرة الغير الشرعية خارج الوطن هي دخول أراضي دولة أخرى بشكل غير قانوني فهي بذالك هجرة غير منتظمة ولا تخضع للضوابط الدولية للقانون الدولي وعليه فانه حتما يقع تصادم بين ثقافة حياة الفرد المهاجر والمجتمع الذي هاجر إليه فضلا قد يرتكب جرائم مما يؤثر سلبا علي الاستقرار الدولي من تهديد للأمن عن طليق تفشي ظاهرة الجرائم المنظمة مما حتم علي المجتمع الدولي التصدي لهذه الظاهرة حيث بذلت جهود دولية وإقليمية من خلال إبرام اتفاقيات تنص علي مكافحة الظاهرة وتخصيص آليات دولية وإقليمية لمكافحتها وعليه أردنا في هذه الورقة البحثية تبيان مدي التعاون الدولي وذكر الاتفاقيات الدولية التي نصت علي مكافحة الهجرة الغير الشرعية وإبراز الآليات الدولية المختصة في ذالك. ABSTRACT: Summary: If immigration is illegal in its simple idiomatic meaning it transports individuals from one place to another within the state to one without respect for others as a matter of law, illegal immigration outside the country is the entry of the territory of another country illegally as it is irregular migration and is not subject to international controls in accordance with international law Therefore, there is inevitably a clash between the culture of the individual's immigrant life and the society to which he emigrated Crimes that negatively affect international stability threaten security for the road The phenomenon of organized crimes is in line with the international community's decision to confront this phenomenon accordingly, in this research paper, the extent of international cooperation mentioned the international expenditures that provided for the fight against illegal immigration and the most prominent international mechanisms in this regard. keywords: Illegal immigration ,International cooperation , International and regional, mechanisms International, conventions Organized crime .
