آليات التمويل الأوروبي للجزائر في إطار سياسة الجوار الأوروبي

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على سياسة الجوار الأوروبي وأهم أهدافها ومجالات عملها، والتطرق إلى آليات التمويل المعتمدة من طرف الاتحاد الأوروبي في إطار هذه السياسة. وبينت الورقة البحثية أن سياسة الحوار الأوروبي تهدف إلى تنمية اقتصاديات الدول المجاورة عبر تقديم المساعدة في عدة مجالات بغية الوصول إلى تحقيق الاستقرار والأمن في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، بما يعود بالنفع على دول الاتحاد الأوروبي، والملاحظ أن المبالغ المالية التي رصدت للجزائر كانت منخفضة، وذلك راجع لتأخر الجزائر في الانضمام لهذه السياسة، وعدم القيام بكل الاصلاحات المطلوبة. The purpose of this paper is to identify the European Neighbourhood Policy, its main objectives and areas of action, and to address the funding mechanisms adopted by the EU under this policy. The paper results that the European Neighbourhood Policy aims to develop the economics of neighboring countries by providing assistance in several fields in order to achieve stability and security in the Mediterranean region, it is noted ghat the amount allocated to Algeria were low; due to Algeria’s delay in joining this policy, and not to carry out all the reforms required.
