Le Théâtre De Sony Labou Tansi : Entre Universalité Et Originalité.

Résumé : Sony Labou Tansi a donné au théâtre un nouveau souffle et s’est distingué par l’originalité de son écriture et de sa démarche créative. Tout en puisant des autres littératures universelles et de sa culture d’origine (le Congo) et en les adaptant à la réalité de son temps, il a innové et produit des œuvres inédites et remarquables. Il s’adresse à l’humanité entière et apporte une conception originale du théâtre qui s’accompagne également d’une nouvelle approche thématique. Ce dramaturge engagé ne cherche pas à se limiter aux frontières africaines. Au contraire, il s’ouvre aux influences d’autres littératures à travers un phénomène d’intertextualité qui le conduit à emprunter aux littératures classiques ou contemporaines universelles tout en les adaptant à sa manière. Témoin de l’histoire, il dénonce dans ses récits les injustices de son temps tout en ouvrant une perspective sur l’avenir. While drawing on other universal literatures and their original culture ( Congo) and adapting them to the reality of his time, he has innovated and produced unusual and remarkable works. It is aimed at all mankind and brings a conception of the original theater, which is also accompanied by a new thematic approach. This committed playwright does not seek to limit himself to African borders. On the contrary, he opens himself to the influences of other literatures through a phenomenon of intertextuality that leads him to borrow from universal classical or contemporary literatures while adapting them in his own way. As a witness to history, he denounces in his accounts the injustices of his time while opening a perspective on the future.
