الملخص
الملخص : هدفت الدراسة بشكلها العام لمعرفة العلاقة الارتباطية ما بين الحوافز المادية والمعنوية بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عينة من موظفي مديريات الشباب والرياضة، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بطريقة العلاقات الارتباطية المتبادلة، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل، حيث بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة (75) موظف وموظفة موزعين على ثلاث ولايات مسيلة ، باتنة، جلفة ،وقد توصل الباحث الى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ما بين الحوافز المادية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي مديريات الشباب والرياضة توجد علاقة ارتباطية ما بين الحوافز المعنوية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي مديريات الشباب والرياضة The study aimed at its general form to find out the correlation between the physical and moral motivations of organizational citizenship behavior in a sample of staff of employees of the directorates of youth and sports, and the researcher used the descriptive method in the way of mutual correlation, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data And information, the sample of the study was chosen in the way of a comprehensive survey, where the number of sample study reached (75) employees distributed in three states of M’sila, Batna, Jelfa, the researcher has reached that There is a correlation between material incentives and organizational citizenship behaviour among employees of the directorates of youth and sports There is a correlation between moral motivations and organizational citizenship behaviour among employees of the directorates of youth and sports
