الملخص

ملخّص طبعاً إنّ مدلول السياسة الجنائيّة المعاصرة ليس بذلك الوضوح الذي يمكن من خلاله تبيان أبعاده للمرة الأولى، ولا يمكن بأيّة حال من الأحوال مكافحة الجريمة والتصدّي لها دون الاعتماد على سياسة جنائيّة ناجحة تُعتبر هي الخطّة التي تُعالج على أساسها الجريمة، وبدون معرفة السياسة الجنائيّة الناجعة لمكافحة الجريمة، فإنّنا لن نحصد إلاّ الخيبة والخسارة و التناقض الكبير في مكافحة الجريمة، لذا جاء هذا المقال حتى يتم من خلاله ضبط بعض المفاهيم فيما يتعلق بالسياسة الجنائيّة المعاصرة باعتبارها خطوة متقدّمة من السياسة الجنائيّة ككل، في عالم تطورّت فيه وسائل الإجرام وطرق ارتكابه حتى صارت السياسات الجنائيّة التقليديّة عاجزة عن مسايرة تلك الحركيّة المتسارعة للإجرام، مما أوقع السياسة الجنائيّة المعاصرة في جملة من المشاكل أثّرت على تحقيق السياسة الجنائيّة المعاصرة للأهداف التي كان يرجى تحقيقها من خلال اعتماد هذا النوع من السياسة الجنائيّة. Abstract Certainly, that the meaning of the contemporary criminal policy is not so clear Through which its dimensions can be demonstrated for the first time,and could not in any way to combat crime and address them without relying on successful criminal policy is considered on the basis of the plan dealing with crime,Without knowing the effective criminal policy to combat crime, we will not reaping only disappointment and loss and big contradiction in the fight against crime, so this article came to adjust some of the concepts in relation to contemporary criminal policy as an advanced step of criminal policy as a whole in the world evolved, the means and methods of committing the crime has even become the conventional criminal policies are unable to keep pace with the rapid mobility of criminality, which resulted in the contemporary criminal policy, among, in the problems affected the achievement of contemporary criminal policy objectives which can be achieved through the adoption of this type of criminal policy.
