الملخص
يبحث المقال في تحول الهجرة الدولية إلى مجتمعات عبر وطنية تتجاوز نشاطاتها حدود الدول الوطنية بفعل التقدم التكنولوجي المعولم، حيث لم تعد الهجرة رحلة انطلاق ووصول بل تكونت عبر الزمن مجالات اجتماعية لا تتطابق حدودها مع حدود الدولة، هذه المجالات ينشط فيها المهاجرون ويتبادلون الأفكار والثقافات والتحويلات المالية والاجتماعية. هذا التحول نجم عنه تطورات على مستوى الدراسة والتنظير للهجرة بالانتقال من المنظور الكلاسيكي الذي كان يركز على ثنائية(طرد/جذب) إلى المنظور عبر الوطني الذي يركز على نشاطات المهاجرين أكثر من البحث في أماكن تواجدهم. يقدم المقال رؤية جديدة لدراسة الهجرة الدولية بالدعوة إلى تعدد وحدات التحليل زيادة على وحدة التحليل الكلاسيكية المتمثلة في الدولة الوطنية وذلك بدراسة المهاجرين وتوجهاتهم عبر الوطنية وكذلك أسر المهاجرين وشبكات العلاقات التي ينسجها المهاجرون عبر الدول. The article examines the transformation of international migration into transnational societies whose activities transcend the borders of national states by the technological advances of globalization. Migration is no longer a journey of arrival and arrival but has been formed over time by social fields that do not match the borders of the State. These areas are active in migrants and exchange ideas, cultures and remittances. And social development. This shift resulted in developments at the level of study and theory of migration, moving from the classical perspective, which focused on the dual (expulsion / attraction) to the transnational perspective, which focuses on the activities of migrants rather than the search in their places of presence. The article presents a new vision for the study of international migration by calling for a multiplicity of units of analysis in addition to the classic analysis of the national state by studying immigrants and their transnational trends, as well as the families of immigrants and the networks of relations woven by immigrants across countries.
