الملخص: ليست ظاهرة الهجرة وليدة العصر الحالي بل هي معروفة منذ القدم حيث أتخذها الانسان وسيلة لمواصلة حياته في ظروف أحسن والحفاظ عليها إلا انها في أيامنا هاته أصبحت الهجرة تسبب مشاكل كبيرة سواء للدول التي تعدو وجهت أو التي يهاجر أبنائها منها والجزائر تعاني من الوجهين لهذه الظاهرة فهي منطقة عبور بالنسبة للأفارقة إلى أوروبا كما يهاجر أبنائها منها إلى اوربا وهي أيضا وجهة هجرة بالنسبة للأفارقة وبتفاقم هذه الظاهرة أصبح من الواجب على الدولة الجزائرية رسم استراتيجية محدد للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة من أجل ذلك تم اللجوء إلى التشريع والمواجه الامنية و التعاون واعتماد سياسات اقتصادية معينة ورغم كل الجهود الا ان هذه الظاهرة في تزايد مستمر ومتسارع. Abstract The phenomene of migration Is not the result of the current era, but it has been known since ancient times, where man took the means to continue his life in better conditions and maintain it, but nowadays it has become a migration cause great problems both countries that are directed or migrating their children, Algeria suffers from both sides of this phenomenon is the region A transit for Africans to Europe as their emigrants migrate to Europe, which is also a destination of migration for Africans and the aggravation of this phenomenon has become the duty of the Algerian state to draw up a specific strategy to eliminate this phenomenon for that has been resorted to legislation and confrontation security and cooperation conscious The adoption of certain economic policies and despite all efforts, this phenomenon is increasing and accelerating.
