الملخص
لملخص: يتناول موضوع الدراسة إشكالا تاريخيا وقانونيا عانت منه الأمة الإسلامية منذ زمن طويل ولا زال، إنه مشكل الطائفية في جانبه السلبي، هذا المرض الاجتماعي والانساني الخطير الذي أتى على الأخضر واليابس، فأصبح الانسان العربي المسلم وخاصة في المشرق العربي، يتحزب ويتعصب لطائفته الدينية أو اللغوية أو القبلية أو السياسية، أو القومية، في زمن صار فيه الفرد ينخرط في تكتلات وطنية وقومية وإنسانية أوسع وأرحب، مبنية على معرفة الانا للآخر، وتعاونهما وتضامنهما، من دون أن يذوب الواحد منهما في الآخر، وذلك في اطار احترام خصوصيات الآخر، مع تحقيق الاتصال والتواصل والحوار الديني، الإعلامي، الثقافي والحضاري. Résumé: Le sujet de l'étude traite un problème est Un thème historique et juridiques que la Ouma islamique a soufferts depuis longtemps. C'est le problème du sectarisme sur son côté négatif, la grave maladie sociale et humanitaire qui a amené le vert et la terre. L'homme musulman arabe, notamment dans le Machrek arabe, tribal ou politique, ou national, à l'heure où l'individu est engagé dans des blocs nationaux, nationaux et humanitaires et plus larges et accueillants, fondés sur la connaissance mutuelle, la coopération et la solidarité , sans se fondre, dans le respect de la vie privée de l'autre, dialogue religieux, médiatique, culturel et civilisationnel. Abstract: The subject of the study deals with historical and legal problèmes That the Islamic Uma has suffered for a long time.
