الملخص
ملخص: منذ سنة 1990 وافقت الحكومة على إجراء إصلاحات معمقة في شتى القطاعات تحت مسمى سلطات الضبط الاقتصادي، وهذا من أجل مواكبة تحديات القرن 21 وضم الجزائر للمجتمع الرأسمالي العالمي، ومنه جاءت هذه الإصلاحات نتيجة لضرورة ضمان التنافسية والتنوع داخل الاقتصاد الجزائري بمؤسساته وكذا إعطاء الأولوية لتطوير القطاعات الاقتصادية الموسوم بالتنافسية والحيوية، وقد أخذت لنفسها موقعا ضمن سياق العولمة المتنامية و التحضير لانضمام الجزائر للمنظمة العالمية للتجارة وكذا التفاوض من أجل اتفاق شراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي. abstract: During the year 1990, the Algerian Government opted for an in-depth reform of the various sectors in what they call economic regulation authorities in order to meet the challenges of the 21st century and to align Algeria with capitalist society. This transformation, dictated by the need to ensure the competitiveness and diversification of the Algerian economy and its businesses and to foster the development of competitive and dynamic economic sectors, took place in a context of increasing globalization, the preparation of the Algeria's accession to the World Trade Organization and the negotiation of an association agreement with the European Union.
