الملخص
هدفت دراسة هذا الموضوع لإبراز أهم محددات الواردات الجزائرية في الفترة 1980-2017. ووفقا لنموذج ARDL فإن التطورات المستقبلية لواردات السلع والخدمات الجزائرية تُبنى على أساس برامج ومخططات التنمية المحلية، وتُبنى التطورات الحالية على أساس التنمية المحلية والقدرة الإنتاجية والتنافسية، وكذا بعائدات الصادرات النفطية. لذلك من المهم التخطيط لإستراتيجيات فعالة للتنويع وتطوير الإنتاج المحلي، ويجب تحسين البيئة الاستثمارية وتحرير الاقتصاد أكثر أمام المستثمرين الأجانب، لرفع القدرة الإنتاجية والتنافسية للمنتَج المحلي. The objective of the study of this subject was to highlight the most important determinants of Algerian imports in the period 1980-2017. According to ARDL model, future developments in the imports of Algerian goods and services are based on local development programs and plans. And current developments are based on local development, production capacity and competitiveness, as well as oil export revenues. It is therefore important to plan effective strategies for diversification and development of local production, and the investment environment and liberalization of the economy must be improved in front of foreign investors, to raise the productive capacity and competitiveness of the local product.
