الملخص

يعتبر الإعلام عملية تهتم بالتعليم والتربية وتعمل وسائله المختلفة على تنمية المعرفة والمدركات والمعلومات لدى الجمهور وللقراء والمشجعين أو المشاهدين لرسائله وهو يهدف إلى توعية الأفراد وتوحيدهم والربط بمجتمعهم ويلعب الإعلام كذلك دورا هاما في استقرار المجتمع وتطوره وتقدمه وله دور تربوي منها تعلم واكتساب مهارات واتجاهات وقيم واستعدادات جديدة وكذلك تبصير الفرد بما يدور حوله وداخل المجتمع وخارجه كظاهرة تعاطي المنشطات مثلا التي استفحلت مؤخرا بشكل رهيب في الأوساط الرياضية الجزائرية وبالأخص في رياضة كرة القدم، حيث نرى أن وسائل الإعلام الرياضية وخاصة المرئية منها سلطت جميع الأضواء لتبين مدى خطورتها واستفحالها في الوسط الرياضي وإذا قلنا بأن النشاط الرياضي والأحداث الرياضية في أي مجتمع من المجتمعات هي تشبه الدورة الدموية في جسم الإنسان فإننا نشبه الإعلام الرياضي بالجهاز العصبي في جسم المجتمع، إذ ينبغي على هذا الأخير أن يقوم بتفجير الطاقة الخلاقة داخل الإنسان وشحنها للبناء وذلك في إطار تغيير المتعفن وإحلال الجديد بتقديم عادات وسلوكات ديننا الحنيف وكذلك في إطار بعث القديم الأصيل ودفعه في اتجاه التقدم وهذه هي الوظيفة الإعلامية الرياضية في المجتمع، وهذا ما يعنيه البناء المعنوي للإنسان والرياضة خاصة، وقد أشار العالم "كروفس" عام 1984 في دراسته بأن للتلفزيون دور هام من خلال استخدام البرامج الرياضية في شغل أوقات الفراغ وتوضيح الرؤى حول ما يحدث في المجتمع من أحداث جارية حوله، ودراسة "حسام رفعي محمد" سنة 1980 بعنوان: "وسائل الإعلام كعامل من العوامل المؤثرة على اكتساب السلوك الرياضي" وهدفت الدراسة لتحديد أهمية تأثير وسائل الإعلام على سلوك الرياضي ومعرفة مدى اختلاف تأثير وسائل الإعلام المختلفة على سلوك الفرد الرياضي ومعرفة نقاط القوة والضعف وتحديد الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى تدهور السلوك الرياضي. ودراستي هذه ستكون بمثابة منبر أوضح من خلالها إستراتيجية وسائل الإعلام الرياضية المرئية للوقاية من آفة خطير ألا وهي المنشطات في فرق البطولة المحترفة في الجزائر والخروج بحلول علمية وعملية. This study will serve as a clearer platform for the visual sports media strategy to prevent the dangerous scourge of steroids in the professional championship teams in Algeria and to come up with scientific and practical solutions.
