الملخص
ملخص أصبح التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي سمة هامة تميز النظام الاقتصادي العالمي، حيث تتسابق الدول المتقدمة والنامية نحو إقامة تكاملات كبرى، تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى معرفة تحديات بلدان المغرب العربي في إقامة تكامل إقتصادي إقليمي بهدف الإندماج أكثر في الإقتصاد العالمي من خلال التطرق إلى واقع إتحاد المغرب العربي منذ تأسيسه سنة 1989 الى يومنا هذا ومدى جاهزيته لمواجهة الأوضاع الدولية الراهنة وكنتيجة لهته الدراسة توفر المقومات والمبررات الإقتصادية لبلدان الاتحاد من أجل إعادة تفعيل التكامل الإقليمي العربي وذلك من خلال تفعيل مناطق التجارة الحرة وعدة آليات أخرى. Abstract: Regional economic integration has become an important feature of the global economic system. Developed and developing countries are racing towards the establishment of major integrals, This paper aims at identifying the challenges of the Maghreb countries in establishing regional economic integration in order to integrate more into the global economy by addressing the reality of the Arab Maghreb Union Since its establishment in 1989 to the present day and its readiness to face the current international situation, As a result of this study, the economic fundamentals of the countries of the Union are provided for the re-activation of Arab regional integration through the activation of free trade zones Other data. Résumé : L'intégration économique régionale est devenue un élément important du système économique mondial, Les pays développés et en développement s'acheminent vers l'établissement de grandes intégrales, Ce document vise à identifier les défis que les pays du Maghreb sont en train de réaliser pour réaliser l'intégration économique régionale afin de s'intégrer davantage dans l'économie mondiale en abordant la réalité de l'Union du Maghreb arabe. Depuis sa création en 1989 à nos jours et sa volonté de faire face à la situation internationale actuelle, les bases économiques des pays de l'Union sont fournies pour la réactivation de l'intégration régionale arabe par l'activation de zones de libre-échange, D'autres données.
