الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة دور ميثاق الأمم المتحدة في اقرار مجموعة من الضمانات لحماية مبدأ السيادة و تدعيمه على جميع المستويات وبمختلف الآليات أبرزها إقرار المساواة بين الدول و عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول، رغم أنه في الجهة المقابلة و نتيجة لاعتبارات معينة أبرزها الموقع الخمس دول الكبرى في منظة الامم المتحدة و كذلك مكانة حقوق الانسان ، تم إقرار بعض الاستثناءات على مبدأ السيادة . This study addresses the role of the Charter of the United Nations in establishing the principle of sovereignty and strengthened at all levels and the various mechanisms notably the adoption of equality of States and non-interference in the internal affairs of States, although in the opposite side, and as a result of certain considerations, most notably the site five major countries in the United Nation organisation and as well as the status of human rights, it was approved some exceptions to the principle of sovereignty
