قراءة سوسيولوجية في بناء السلطة الأسرية بالجزائر دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأسر بمدينة عنابة

الملخص
تتجلى مظاهر التغير في الأسرة على مستوى الأدوار الاجتماعية، العلاقات الاجتماعية، وخاصة التغير في نسق السلطة، فالسلطة باعتبارها مطلبا هاما لكل تنظيم اجتماعي، فهي الحق المقرر لممارسة الضبط الاجتماعي وتشمل غالبا جانبي القوة والتأثير، كما أنها تمارس باختلاف أشكالها ضمن نسق قيمي متعارف عليه في الجماعة، والأسرة على غرار تلك الجماعات تتخذ السلطة فيها عدة أشكال و صاحب السلطة فيها هو الأكثر قوة وتأثيرا في باقي الأفراد، كما تختلف المواقف التي تطبق وفقها حسب الظروف المحيطة بالزوجين، أو حسب كفاءتهما كقدرة كل واحد منهما على مواجهة مشاكل الأسرة، وكذلك حسب مدى فهم وتطبيق القيم الإسلامية في الأسرة المسلمة التي ترجح الكفة للزوجة في ظل القوامة، و على أساس بناء السلطة الأسرية توزع الأدوار والمهام على الأفراد حسب مركزهم، وتتوقف حيوية العلاقات أو فتورها على أساس نمط السلطة، حيث كلما ابتعدت عن التعسف أو التسيب كلما قلص ذلك من المشاكل التي يمكن حدوثها مع السلطة التعسفية من غياب لغة التحاور وحلول لغة العنف، أو كذلك السلطة السائبة التي تفتر فيها العلاقات و تفقد الأسرة روح التعايش والتكافل، وعليه يمكن الجزم أن الأسرة الناجحة والسعيدة هي التي تبنى فيها السلطة على الكفاءة والقوامة لا السيطرة والتعنيف. Abstract Modern societies define several changes that have affected building. The manifestations of change in the family are reflected in the social roles, social relations, and especially the change in power. Power is an important requirement for every social organization. It is the right to exercise social control. And the family is similar to that of groups in which power takes several forms and the author of power is the most powerful and influential in the rest of the individuals and practiced in different forms in a normative value system, and different attitudes that apply and jurisprudence Depending on the circumstances surrounding the couple, or according to their competence such as the ability of each of them to face the problems of the family, as well as according to the extent of understanding and application of Islamic values in the Muslim family that favor the cuff of the wife under the guardianship, and on the basis of building family power, roles and tasks are distributed to individuals according to their status , And the vitality or lengthening of relations depends on the pattern of power. The more they move away from arbitrariness or disobedience, the less problems that can occur with arbitrary authority than the absence of language of dialogue and solutions to the language of violence, or the loose or volatile power of relations The spirit of coexistence and interdependence, It is therefore possible to assert that a successful and happy family is the one in which power is based on efficiency and stewardship, not domination and abuse. • In this intervention will be exposed to two elements: • First: building power in the contemporary Algerian family and exposing the factors involved in building power • Second: forms and patterns of power in the family • Third: the most important social variables that led to the change of power in the family
